When making a purchase from Luxury Bed Sets, we collect the following information:

• Credit card information (card type, number,expiration date and owner's name) of purchasing party

Please Note that the credit card will NOT be charged until the shipment is made.

Exchanges : A return request for new items may be applied for exchange within (14) days of receiving them. For certain speciality bedding, up to 15% restocking fees may apply for exchanges.

Exchanges or Refunds :Only Luxury Linens or Luxury Duvet Covers Must be folded in the original package. They must NOT be open or unfolded, and must remain in the condition it's received. 

Refunds: All defective or incorrectly received items will be fully refunded and in most cases a prepaid shipping tag issued for its return. Please apply for return request within (14) days of delivery for a full refund minus initial shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of up to 15%.Defective items will be replaced. Items will be returned in their original packaging and condition. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping and sending a valid tracking number.  Please fill the Return Form and receive return details before returning any product. Do NOT return to the address below nor the address on the package unless given further instructions in email after the return is approved.

Orders are generally shipped within 5 days of placing the order for most orders. Quilted sets and most comforter are shipped within 3 days. Speciality items like demin, satin bedding and foam mattress can take up to 7 days to ship. Please verify that the mailing address and product quantities are submitted correctly. Once an order is submitted, it may me difficult to change the the address. No P.O. box addresses can be processed. APO addresses in most cases can be processed with an additional charge. We offer FREE ground shipping anywhere within the Continental U.S.A. to arrive within 9 business days for most of our products using UPS, Fedex or USPS. Canadian orders are subject to a shipping fee of $20 in Ontario and $25 elsewhere and 5 additional business days. South Bedding Sets are shipped anywhere in Continental U.S.A. & Canada at no additional cost.
